Six small paintings, each with a heart drawn into it -- deliberate, not incidental. The series began as a response to the invasion of Ukraine, love and color sent across distance in the only language available.
Each piece stands alone and belongs to the group. The hearts move around -- tucked in a corner, open at the center, large and generous, small and quiet. The colors shift from piece to piece while staying in the same family. One series, six love letters, each one different.
