Six small paintings, each with a heart drawn into it -- deliberate, not incidental. The series began as a response to the invasion of Ukraine, love and color sent across distance in the only language available.
Yellow pushes up from the bottom, blue holds the upper half, and teal flower shapes bloom across the middle. A heart drawn in black at the center top, open and unhurried. The stamps here are rounder, softer -- more petal than mark.
