One Thing or Another

$325.00

Bright magenta holds the left side and deep teal gathers on the right, with a hazy stretch of pale gray, white, and soft pink between them. Faint drips run down through the middle, two quick white strokes cross the upper right, and three small pink dots sit low in the corner. Crinkled tissue texture runs across the whole surface.

One of a group of paintings made by painting over earlier canvases and working on them side by side, so traces of the first paintings still show through in the texture.

Acrylic and tissue paper on canvas, 11 x 14 inches. Framed in a floating walnut frame. Finished size is 12 × 15 × 1.5 inches. Wired and ready to hang.
